一 |     　　中新社广东茂名8月26日电 (梁盛 陈昊杰 林雨妍)广东茂名海关26日公布统计数据，今年前7个月，茂名罗非鱼产品出口8.6万吨，同比增长46.7%。　　茂名有“中国罗非鱼之都”之称，是中国规模最大的罗非鱼加工基地，也是全球罗非鱼产业的核心优势产区，罗非鱼及其制品远销全球70余个国家和地区。目前，茂名全市罗非鱼养殖面积约26万亩，年产量30.7万吨，占广东总产量的三分之一，占中国总产量的七分之一，产业体量稳居中国首位，出口额也跃居中国首位。    (ECNS) -- A 10-member team of Chinese earthquake experts has returned home after completing a 20-day scientific survey in Venezuela, the China Earthquake Administration said Tuesday.     The mission, launched on Aug. 6, was organized by the China Earthquake Administration following a magnitude-7.1 earthquake that struck Venezuela on June 25.        It marked the administration’s first earthquake survey in Latin America and the first scientific exchange between Chinese and Venezuelan specialists.    During the trip, the team surveyed earthquake damage to buildings and infrastructure in areas including Caracas and Vargas, and conducted geological investigations into surface ruptures.    Officials said the mission provided valuable scientific data to support Venezuela’s post-earthquake reconstruction and improve seismic risk assessment in similar regions worldwide.    (By Helen Mo & intern Liu Shuangjing)                    。　　茂名市农业农村局介绍，早在20世纪50年代末，茂名就从非洲引进罗非鱼，进行繁育、养殖。经过数十年的发展，茂名罗非鱼产业已形成成熟的发展体系，从良种繁育、生态养殖，到标准化加工、冷链储运、跨境出口，全链条闭环发展，产业竞争力稳居行业前列。　　据了解，快速增长的出口量带动了备案养殖场数量激增，茂名海关与茂名市农业农村局积极推动出口水产品原料养殖场集约化备案管理模式改革。今年7月，出口水产品原料养殖场集约化备案已基本完成，对辖区内出口水产品原料养殖场实行集约化、规范化、标准化备案管理，为产业健康发展提供了更加稳定、透明、可预期的保障。
